The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as 'partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Lisa Mullions is an ICF ACC (Second ACC Renewal 2024) and accredited coach working as an in organizational coach with AUT University, as an external coach in the not-for-profit sector and has a niche coaching practice in spiritual & consciousness communities. Lisa has over 500 + hours of professional ICF coaching methodology in her experience, certifying as a Coach in 2014 under the training and mentorship of Mary Britton PCC and Linley Rose MCC with Coaching Pacific Ltd. Additionally Lisa has co-trained numerous cohorts of people advancing their coaching certification since 2017, and conducted successful 1:1 and group mentoring for coaches attaining their ICF ACC credential.
