Coaching Essentials: Fundamentals of Coaching (ICF 10 CCEU's programme)

Coaching Essentials is a ten hour coaching education deliverable (ICF 10 CCEU's approved) with two delivery options: 1. In person - one day (9am to 5pm) plus two follow up one-hour webinar sessions 2. Virtual/online - two half days (9am to 1pm) plus two follow up one-hour webinar sessions Coaching Essentials: Fundamentals of Coaching is a great fit for: Coaches of any niche wanting to check in on their practice, continue education for an ICF credential and/or use the learning as a reference for current coaching practice, Change Management Practitioners, Consultants, HR professionals, Managers & Leaders Your learning outcomes: What is Coaching? We look at what is and what is not coaching. And how coaching is recognised as the number one leadership skill. We look at the Neuroscience and how we can use this as Managers and Leaders. The importance and role of observation in Coaching: Understanding the importance of listening and what stops us listening; effective speaking techniques; and we provide a conversation model that always works. Establishing the focus for the conversation: We learn about Human Emotional Response, learn and build more on self-awareness how to work with this. How you will accelerate individual, group and team performance by understanding how coaching methodology can be applied Coaching Pacific Ltd is the creator of this programme and defines Coaching: ‘a collaborative, personalised process that facilitates new thinking to cause positive change’.
